How do I return an item?

Shipping utilizes distribution centers located throughout the United States in an effort to get product to you fast and free. We ship products using FEDEX, UPS, the United Postal Service, and a variety of local shipping services. Our primary shipping partners are FEDEX, UPS and the United States Postal Service. 99% of our products ship with free freight. We do occasionally ship items via motor freight (semi trucks) and will require a phone number for delivery. We'll notify you via email when we do this.

Returns offers a 30 day no hassle return on products unless specifically stated otherwise. Products being returned must be in new condition with all original packaging intact. Product being returned out of its original packaging or damaged during the return will be returned to you. After 30 days, we will consider accepting a return with a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for getting the item returned to us and are responsible for it until it has been received and signed for at our warehouse. We recommend you send items back using a shipping service which offers tracking numbers for your protection. Once we receive your item back in stock, we will issue you a credit for the purchase less the original freight charges we incurred.

Damaged Items will replace damaged items immediately upon notification. Please inspect all packages before signing for them as the freight company remains liable until for the product until they have your signature. Note any damages and refuse delivery and notify us immediately. We will ship a replacement unit immediately. Do not sign for a damaged item if you can help it.

Incorrect Items
