Next Day MRO Shipping Methods utilizes distribution centers located throughout the United States in an effort to get product to you fast and free. We ship products using FEDEX, UPS, the United Postal Service, and a variety of local shipping services. Our primary shipping partners are FEDEX, UPS and the United States Postal Service. 99% of our products ship with free freight. We do occasionally ship items via motor freight (semi trucks) and will require a phone number for delivery. We'll notify you via email when we do this. Orders received by 10:30 AM in your Local time zone typically ship the same business day.

Next Day MRO Return Policy

We require a Return Authorization Number for all returns. Please call, email, log into your account and click on your order to initiate a return. offers a 30 day no hassle return on products unless specifically stated otherwise. Products being returned must be in new condition with all original packaging intact.  Products which are used, removed from their original packaging, or damaged will be assessed a Restocking Fee of up to 50%.  These products are no longer in a resale condition and are donated to our local Habitat for Humanity.  Items are your responsibility until they are checked into our facility.  Please be sure to use a shipping method that provides you with insurance should the item be broken in transit.  No returns will be accepted after 60 days.  Once we receive your item back in stock, we will issue you a credit for the purchase less the original freight charges we incurred. Damaged Items will replace damaged items immediately upon notification. Please inspect all packages before signing for them as the freight company remains liable until for the product until they have your signature. Note any damages and refuse delivery and notify us immediately. We will ship a replacement unit immediately. Do not sign for a damaged item if you can help it. It is easiest for all parties if you refuse a damaged shipment.  Damage claims must be submitted within 7 business days of the receipt of your items.  Pictures will be required to confirm the damage.  

Incorrect Items

Occasionally, mistakes happen and you receive an incorrect item. Please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements to send you a replacement product and handle getting the incorrect item back. If you need immediate assistance, please conact us at 855-770-7195.
